FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than books (August 19, 2021)
The Special Election to fill the vacated seat of Jake Ellzey, who is now in Congress, has been set for Aug. 31, 2021. You may cast your vote here at the Ferris Public Library from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the election day. Eight candidates will be on the ballot.
With the new school year beginning, the library will be surveying our patrons in the following weeks regarding what day and time to begin Story Time and our After-School Gaming programs. We will make a few changes to allow for social distancing, but I’m confident we can modify these activities and accommodate all who want to come and be part of these events.
