FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than Books (December 12, 2024)
December is a great time to celebrate Read a New Book Month, which encourages people to explore new genres, authors, and topics. The holiday season brings more free time for people to read, and the cold weather makes it especially appealing to curl up with a good book. Stop in this week to pick out your next read or download the Libby app to find your next eBook or audiobook!
On Wednesday, Dec.18, join us for a children’s holiday craft session from 4 to 5 p.m., featuring Grinch-themed crafts along with a couple other festive projects.
STORY TIME is hosted every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Children are treated to stories, fun activities, and a snack. Before leaving, your child may choose a prize from the treasure chest to take home.
AFTER-SCHOOL GAME TIME is held each Thursday from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Children can play the PS5 on the large screen in the meeting room, and board games are also available.
