We hope everyone had a safe 4th of July!
Join us on Thursdays at 11 a.m. for a family friendly movie. This week we will be showing “Sonic the Hedgehog 2”.
Be prepared to be amazed and dazzled on Tuesday, July 11 here at the Ferris Public Library. Professor Brainius will bring us wild & wacky science designed just for kids. The show will begin at 11 a.m. with plenty of humor and science that will have you mesmerized.
Don’t forget to log your reading time on Beanstack to be eligible for prizes. The more time you log the better your chances of winning are. If you have any questions about Beanstack call or come by the Ferris Public Library and we will be happy to help you out.

WORD OF THE WEEK: “Pulchritude” (PUL-kruh-tood) having a pleasing physical appearance (noun) Oscar Wilde’s novel, “The Picture of Dorian Gray”, is about a young man who becomes so obsessed with his own pulchritude that he trades his soul for eternal beauty. In the story, Dorian’s portrait ages while he remains forever young and beautiful.
