FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than books (June 27, 2019)
A Roo 4 U, as in kangaroo, will be at the Ferris Public Library on Wednesday, July 3, at 11 a.m. Bobby Curry and friends promise an exciting and educational time. The library’s staff is excited about this program as this is their first appearance here. Drop by the library for this show, and I’m sure you’ll understand why we are so excited! ARoo4U is a fully licensed and insured company.
We will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, in honor of our Independence Day. Best wishes for everyone to have a safe and terrific holiday. The next Craft Time will be on Thursday, July 11, at 11 a.m.
Teen Time, ages 12 – 17, will be held Friday, July 5, at 2 p.m. Teens will have their choice of playing video games, board games, adult coloring pages, making a mosaic stepping stone, or doing all of the above, that should keep them busy! Soft drinks, chips, and cookies are served.
When visiting, don’t forget to bring your child’s Reading Logs to be able to collect reading enticement coupons.
The Ferris Public Library’s Annual Book Sale is currently being held. All hardcover books, fiction, and non-fiction for all ages are only $1.00, and DVDs are $2.00 each. All items in this sale have been generously donated throughout the year. There are lots of great titles, shop early to get the best selection.
