FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than Books (October 31, 2024)
Dress up in costume on Thursday, Oct. 31, and stop by the library anytime between 3 – 5:30 p.m. for spooky tunes & crafts, and, of course, treats!
After that, make your way to the Ferris Department of Public Safety Building at 415 Ewing Blvd. from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. for snow cones, popcorn, candy, face painting, a bounce house, and a best costume raffle.
Early voting for the 2024 Ellis County General and Special Elections will take place from Thursday, Oct. 31, to Friday, Nov. 1, at the Ferris Public Library, located at 301 E. 10th St. Voting hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Registered and eligible voters can cast their ballots at any early voting location within their county.
On Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 5, voting will also be held at the Ferris Public Library from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

STORY TIME is hosted every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Children are treated to stories, fun activities, and a snack. Before leaving, your child may choose a prize from the treasure chest to take home.
AFTER-SCHOOL GAME TIME is held each Thursday from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Children can play the PS5 on the large screen in the meeting room, board games are also available.
