Monday: Mindfulness Movement – come learn about the benefits of mindfulness movement.
Wednesday: Wellness Wednesday – we will be doing some inside walking. Friday: Free Style – we will be enjoying board games, coloring and other fun things.

Monday, June 17: Barbecued pork chops, potato salad, baked beans and dessert.
Wednesday, June 19: Ground steak, macaroni and cheese and green beans. Friday, June 21: Fried fish, french fries, coleslaw and dessert.
