LOCAL STUDENT UPDATE: February 22, 2024

The following local students were named to the Dean’s List at Sam Houston State University for the Fall 2023 semester: Emma Atchley and Katie Watson from Ennis; Jayde Williams from Glenn Heights; Karli Calvert, Crista Haver, Madeline Reynolds, Morgan Roper, Kynnady Sparks and Zoey Stephenson from Midlothian; William Starnes from Ovilla; Grace Cottrell, Mckenzie Menefee, Natalie Nailor, Aujanae Phillips and Madison Smith from Red Oak; Hayden Fulp, Haley Greer, Rachel Hicks, Anthony Leach, Ahjinae Liggins and Amber Miller from Waxahachie

The following local students were named to the President’s Honor Roll at Sam Houston State University for the Fall 2023 semester: Emma Atchley from Ennis; Madeline Reynolds, Kynnady Sparks and Zoey Stephenson from Midlothian; Haley Greer and Rachel Hicks from Waxahachie.

Keila Finnestad from Midlothian graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock during the Fall 2023 semester.

Kassandra Sears from Ennis, and Amaris Alfaro from Waxahachie graduated from Missouri State University in fall 2023.

Zachary Cox from Ferris was named to the Dean’s List at Rochester Institute of Technology for the fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year.
