LOCAL STUDENT UPDATE: January 4, 2024

McKenna Littleton of Midlothian was named to the Dean’s List at Lehigh University in the Fall 2023 semester.

The following local students were named to Midwestern State University’s honor rolls for the Fall 2023 semester: Ennis – Caden Hubbard, President’s Honor Roll; Midlothian – Danny Caldwell, President’s Honor Roll, Luke Craddock, President’s Honor Roll, Joshua Malcik, Dean’s Honor Roll, McKinley Miller, President’s Honor Roll, Kodi Nolen, President’s Honor Roll, and Guy Rourk, President’s Honor Roll; Waxahachie – Trey Franks, Provost’s Honor Roll, Gabrielle Jennings, President’s Honor Roll, and Addison McCarther, Provost’s Honor Roll.

Maria Toker of Waxahachie was named to Belmont University’s Fall 2023 Dean’s List. 

Victoria Thornton of Ennis was named to McPherson College’s Fall 2023 Honor Roll.

Megan Trubia of Midlothian finished her master’s course of study with a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Biology from Miami University through Project Dragonfly.

Alejandro Coonrod, Jr. of Maypearl was initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society at The University of Texas at Arlington.
