TEXAS MASTER NATURALIST INDIAN TRAIL CHAPTER MONTHLY MEETING NOV. 2
“Rhymes and rhythms on the prairie”
Saturday, November 2nd, 2019
Kachina Prairie, 7 p.m.
1816 W. Baldridge St, Ennis
A campfire, a guitar, a cowboy poet out at Kachina Prairie, wouldn’t ya know it.
Campfire at seven for heat.
Hot chocolate and cookies to eat.
The poetry is magical.
The Word Rodeo hysterical.
And the music is lyrical.
The Ellis and Navarro Counties Indian Trail Master Naturalist Chapter invites you, your family, your friends and neighbors to an outdoor evening with cowboy poet David Smith.
Smith is writing a poem just for this occasion. Participate in a Word Rodeo and a Sing-Along. Members will lead a short hike out to the bison.
Closed-toe shoes and long pants are recommended. Bring a lawn chair and plan to be outdoors about two hours. Snacks, hot chocolate and water will be provided.
In case of inclement weather, please check the ITMN Chapter website for cancellation information: www.txmn.org/indiantrail. For more information, call Joe Mundo at (972) 415-4596.
