It’s time to return to God (Yahweh) – Part 1
“Therefore tell the people: This is what the LORD Almighty says: ‘Return to me,’ declares the LORD Almighty, ‘and I will return to you,’ says the LORD Almighty” (Zechariah 1:3).
There are two choices we must make in this life, return to God in righteousness through his Son Yeshua (Jesus) or remain as we are spiritually dead following Satan and sins of the flesh and spirit.
No one can make this choice for us; it is our choice alone to make. If we choose to walk in the light we must walk in that light as Yeshua is in the light without wavering. If we choose darkness then God can do nothing for us until we repent and turn from darkness (sin) and walk in the light.
Understand there are many today playing games with God’s Grace and we must understand and not deceive ourselves, God is not mocked.
Let’s consider past events of darkness, in the past 120 years alone a great spiritual warfare has come upon the earth and upon America; plagues, wars (over 50 wars or conflicts involving the United States), famine, financial collapse, pestilence, disease, increase of natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes, hurricanes, drought, heat waves, wild fires, floods, volcanic eruptions). All these were predicted 2000 years ago by Yeshua that have, will and are taking place today, before his return.
This spiritual warfare has caused many people to question whether there is a God and for those that truly believe question why God would allow such atrocities. First we must understand, God does not allow everything to take place, the freewill of man and sin allows many things to take place on earth. Take pestilence for instance! Some things take place as a direct result of the unrepented sins of mankind.
Today, aside from spiritual warfare, judgment has come upon America, not only on America, but on the world. America was warned of this coming judgment many times over the past 25 years, to repent, but America chose to ignore the warning. What we see today is just the tip of the iceberg, judgment will continue until the end of days, a judgment that will bring man to repentance, to serve and obey God in truth or man will suffer because of unrepented sins leading to man’s eternal destruction. Many people today have departed from the faith to serve self, their fleshly lust, greed, loving money more than God, following the corrupt ways of this world unto their own destruction.
Many things have been written in the word of God and predicted to take place. A false peace is coming, but do not be fooled by a false peace that will soon deceive the whole world, it will be a deceiving peace and will not last. The peace God gives is from within and when we have the peace of God it will not be temporal but everlasting. The world will not know everlasting peace until after the Lord’s return and believers reign with Yeshua Hamashiach for a thousand years. The return of Yeshua takes place in Revelations 19 to wage war with the beast and the 1000 year reign begins in Revelations 20. Too, we cannot place hope in a doctrinal theory called the rapture, the rapture will not take place as is being preached or like the movie. A man’s change and victory over death begins as mentioned in 1st Corinthians 15:24-28 which takes place in Revelation 20:4-6 after Satan has been bound for 1000 years.
We must also understand, there are two kingdoms, the kingdom of heaven and the kingdoms of this world. The kingdom of heaven is ruled by God, and the kingdom of this world is ruled by Satan (Prince of Darkness). Yeshua has stated, he himself is not of this world and when we become part of the body of Yeshua (the church) we are not of this world but are born into God’s kingdom and must not take part in the ways of the world; we understand we are in the world but not of the world.
We cannot live after the ways of this world and serve God, they are contrary to one another that is those that have been born of Spirit. We cannot worship God in the flesh or after the flesh; we can only worship God in the Spirit and in truth, his Word is truth. When we repent and are born again of Spirit we are no longer a part of this world. If we do not repent, accept Yeshua as Lord and Savior, turning from sin we remain lost and continue in the ways of this world being doomed for eternity.
The following is truth and we as believers must return to the truth. Truth is being revealed by the Holy Spirit and we must listen and make necessary changes that return man to God. There are many things we must correct and set straight in our lives when returning to God, repenting is just the first step, returning to God in truth is the second step. These following acts bring judgment upon the earth, upon America and upon those that commit them unless they turn from wickedness and return to the Lord God.
