The alleged heir(s) in the above-numbered and entitled estate filed an APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND AMENDED APPLICATION FOR PROBATE OF HOLOGRAPHIC WILL AND LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION WITH WILL ANNEXED in this estate on the 7th day of March 2023, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of ANNETTE LYNN HEISE, Deceased, and their respective share and interests in such estate.

This Application may be acted on by the Court at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday following the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation.
