BERNITA KAYE GLASCO, in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on JULY 31, 2023 an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION in the estate of DON REE GLASCO, JR., Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of DON REE GLASCO, JR., Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in said estate, and appoint BERNITA KAYE GLASCO to serve as the Administrator of said estate and grant Letters of Administration to same.

The Court may act on said Application and any opposition at any call of the docket on or after 10 o'clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the COUNTY CLERK OF ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, 109 S JACKSON ST, WAXAHACHIE, TX 75165 in ELLIS County, Texas.

You are hereby cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to the APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION before the above stated time and date should you desire to do so. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any contest, objection, intervention, or response in writing with the County Clerk of Ellis County, Texas, on or before the above noted date and time.
