This proceeding concerns the foreclosure of a lien on the following real property and improvements commonly known as 270 Water Meadow Ct, Waxahachie, TX 75165, and more particularly described as LOT 70 IN BLOCK 1, OF GARDEN VALLEY MEADOWS, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WAXAHACHIE, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET J, SLIDE 386, OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS.
