This is an Original Petition for Judicial Foreclosure of real property commonly known as 319 Methodist St, Red Oak, TX 75154 and is legally described as: LOT 1A, BLOCK 6, OF SULLIVAN ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RED OAK, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE REVISED PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME F, PAGE 47, OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS.

The Original Petition alleges that a record owner of the property, Paula M. Pennington, is deceased and that some of their Heirs, Assigns and Devisees are Unknown.
