A brief summary of the nature of this suit is:
Notice is hereby given that plaintiff Secretary of Veterans Affairs, has brought an action against defendants Joe N. Nealey, Sr., deceased, the Heirs of Joe N. Nealey, Sr., deceased, Vernice Nealey, deceased and the Heirs of Vernice Nealey.
Plaintiff filed suit for default of a promissory note and to foreclose its deed of trust lien secured by that certain real property commonly known as 617 East Avenue F, Midlothian, Texas 76065, legally described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND BEING LOT NO. 10, BLOCK 1 OF PHASE 1 OF LEWIS ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MIDLOTHIAN, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN CABINET A, SLIDE 783, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS.
