NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST RICHARD E. WINLAND, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Richard E. Winland were issued to Cathleen M. King as Independent Executor on December 21, 2020, under Cause No. 20-E-2359 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas.  

Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate addressed as follows:
