NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST DON D. HURST, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Don D. Hurst were issued to Stephen M. Hurst as Independent Executor on October 14, 2020, under Cause No. 20-E-2271 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas.  Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate addressed as follows:
