NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST EARNEST J. DRAKE DECEASED 

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Earnest J. Drake were issued to Jerry Lynn Drake as Independent Executor on August 19, 2019, under Cause No. 19-E-2190 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas. Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate addressed as follows:
