NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST JACK DAVID HAYS, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Jack David Hays were issued to Samuel David Hays and Carla Hays McFadden as Independent Co-Executors on December 21, 2020, under Cause No. 20-E-2342 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas.  

Claims may be presented to the Independent Co-Executors of the Estate addressed as follows:  Samuel David Hays and Carla Hays McFadden
