NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST JERRY WAYNE MILLER, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Administration of the Estate of Jerry Wayne Miller were issued to McKenna E. Newman and Wyatt A. Miller as Dependent Administrators on November 15, 2019, under Cause No. 19-E-2230 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas.  

Claims may be presented to the Dependent Co-Administrators of the Estate addressed as follows:  McKenna E. Newman and Wyatt A. Miller c/o Stephen Crane, Crane Law Firm, PLLC, 103 South 4th Street, Midlothian, Texas 76065.  

All persons having claims against the Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.
