Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Jimmy Dale Hanes were issued to Louis Oliver Ponder as Independent Executor on April 21, 2022, under Cause No. 22-E-2122 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas.
