Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary upon the ESTATE OF WILLIAM STEPHEN COCKERHAM, III, DECEASED (“Estate”), were issued on March 6, 2019, in Cause No. 19-E-2031, pending in the County Court at Law One of Ellis County, Texas.
