Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Independent Administration with Will Annexed for the Estate of BRETT J HARMS, Deceased were issued on September 14th, 2022, in Cause No. 22-E-2207, pending in the County Court of Ellis County, Texas to J. Duncan Webb IV.
