NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Independent Administration  of the Estate of JANICE WERT DYER  were issued to CHRISTOPHER JOHN DYER  as Independent Administrator without bond and with power of sale on April 5, 2022, under Cause No. 22-E-2021 pending in County Court at Law No.1, Ellis County, Texas.

Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate addressed as follows:

of the Estate of JANICE WERT DYER

Dallas, Texas 75248.

All persons having claims against the Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.
