TO: Ava Richards, Named Alternate Executor in Last Will and Testament of Andrew Halton Wilson.

Debra Jean Davis, Applicant, filed in the County Court at Law #1 of Ellis County, Texas, on May 01, 2020 an Application for Probate of a Copy of a Will as a Muniment of Title in Cause No. 16-E-2087, styled In the Matter of the Estate of Andrew Halton Wilson, Deceased, which is now pending on the probate docket of said Court.

Said application and any opposition will be heard and acted upon by said Court after 10 0’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Ellis County Courts Building, 109 S Jackson Street, Waxahachie, Texas 75165 in Ellis County, Texas.

You are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to the Application before the above stated time and date should you desire to do so.
