City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a zoning change from single family-1 (SF-1) to Light Industrial (L-1) totaling approximately 1.85-acres, Generally located at 409 West Beltline Road. The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65037980010060000, DCAD, Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. Zoning Case No. ZC-22-22 and a Future Land Use Amendment Case No. FLUM-22-2.
The public hearings, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request was previously scheduled to be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on June 9 , 2022 and City Council on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
The new scheduled dates are as follows: Planning and Zoning Commission Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. and Wilmer City Council on August 4, 2022.
