PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

 

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a request for concurrent zoning of two tracts upon annexation in accordance with Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 12.6.88) Section 7.C. “Concurrent Rezoning and Annexation” to rezone the subject parcels to Light Industrial (I-1) District.

The subject property being described as two certain tracts of land totaling approximately 45.5685 acres situated in the E. Crockett Survey, Abstract No. 224, Page 575; Tract No. 1 being described as a 39.0556-acre tract of land conveyed in a deed to TXWL, LLC, by Instrument No. 202000359154 recorded in the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas; and Tract No. 3 being described as a 6.5129-acre tract of land conveyed in a deed to TXWL, LLC., by Instrument No. 202100040926 recorded in the Deed Records of Dallas County, City of Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-21-014

The first public hearing on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
