PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a request for a zoning change in accordance with Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 12.6.88) to rezone the subject property from Single-Family (SF-1) to Light Industrial (I-1) District.

Generally located on the northeast corner of Beltline Rd. and Sunrise Rd. The subject property being a surveyed 47.786 acre tract of land out of the James Chapman Survey, Abstract No. 379, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas, being all of the called 48.51 acre tract of land described in deed to Wanda Brown recorded in Instrument No. 200600310191 of the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-21-13.

The first public hearing on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
