PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 

PLANNING & ZONING 

COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider conditional use permit request for Circle K to allow for a Travel Center and erect advertisement sign not to exceed 75’ in height Located at 4700 Interstate 45. The subject property is described as Robert Sloan Survey Abstract Number 1271 located in the City of Wilmer. Case No. CP-23-01.

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request, will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. 

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request, will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
