and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearing to consider a zoning change from General Commercial (C-2) and Planned Development 12 (PD-12) for Commercial Restricted (C-1) and Townhomes District, to General Commercial (C-2), totaling approximately 25.5 acres to allow for Data Centers.
The subject property is generally located at the southeast corner of W. Belt Line Road and Mason Road.
The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65050515010210000, 65050515010120000, 54000500000260000, 65050515010130000, 65050515010180000 DCAD, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-24-01 (Zoning) and FLUM-24-01 (Future Land Use Amendment)
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
