PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR FLOOD HAZARD REVISIONS

The City of Ennis and Ellis County, Texas, hereby gives notice of the city and county’s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located Southeast of Liska Road and North East of Liska Road along Cummins Creek Tributary. 

Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along Cummins Creek Tributary from a point approximately 1,650 feet upstream of the confluence with Cummins Creek to approximately 850 feet upstream of Liska Road.

As a result of this revision the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision.
