Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Ovilla, Texas, 105 S. Cockrell Hill Road, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 15, 2021, 7:00 P.M., via Teleconference Only for consideration of the following appeals:

Residential special exception to construct a fence on or beyond the building line of the residence of 3001 Ovilla Road, Ovilla, TX 75154. (Chapter 14, Section 35.3 Fences in Residential Districts, Ovilla Code of Ordinances.)
