CITY OF OVILLA 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Adjustment of the City of Ovilla, Texas will hold a public hearing to discuss the following: Discussion/Action of an appeal to the Ovilla Code of Ordinances, Chapter 14, Section 35.3 FENCES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS filed by Sylvia Adams for a residential Special Exception to construct a fence that is on or beyond the build line located at 104 High Ridge Ct., Ovilla, Ellis County, Texas 75154.

The public hearing will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. located in the City Council Chambers, 105 S. Cockrell Hill Rd., Ovilla, Texas 75154. 

All persons interested in the above-referenced request are invited to attend the public hearings and to provide their comments at that time.
