Ferris ISD is seeking sealed bid proposals from all interested parties in the purchase of our old Ag Barn facility.

A bid must be submitted in writing to Ferris ISD at 301 E. 5th St. Ferris, TX 75125 by 3:16 PM on Monday, March 16th. Please title your envelope as “FISD Old Ag Barn”. We will need a letter that at minimum contains your name, contact information, and proposed bid price. All proposals are binding if chosen.
Bidder acknowledges that once the proposal is offered, the bidder shall be bound by the proposed bid amount.
A recent commercial appraisal was done and the property is valued at $90,000. A copy of that appraisal is available for inspection by contacting the district.
