Publish two times in The Ellis County Press on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023 and Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023.

INVITATION TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by City of Ferris for the construction of Downtown Pump Station Improvements at the meeting office of Velvin & Weeks Consulting Engineers, Inc. whose physical and mailing address is 930 E Corsicana St, Athens, Texas 75751 until February 9, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., where it will be publicly opened and read aloud.   

Bid Security, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be as set forth in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS.

Plans, Specifications, and Bidding Documents may be obtained from the office of the Engineer:

The City of Ferris reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.

No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening date.
