NOTICE TO: Jacob Bradley Howard, father of the minor child, whose whereabouts are unknown.

Please take notice that a Petition for Adoption was filed in the Probate Court of Lee County, Alabama by Mark Patrick Traynor on May 8, 2023, for the adoption of A.AH. born on August 27, 2009, in Kaufman County, Texas to Erin Christine Rutlidge and Jacob Bradley Howard.

A hearing has been set in the Lee County Probate Court, Opelika, Alabama. Should you intend to contest this adoption you must file a written response with the attorney for the petitioner, Hon. Elaine Thomaston, 1915 Professional Circle, Auburn, AL 36830 and with the Probate Court of Lee County, Alabama, P.O. Box 2266, Opelika, AL 36803 a soon as possible but no later than thirty (30) days from the last day this notice is published.
