Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Ovilla City Council of the City of Ovilla, Texas, on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 6:30 P.M., at the Ovilla Municipal Building, Council Chamber Room, 105 Cockrell Hill Road, Ovilla, Texas, 75154, to receive public comments for the consideration of a replat request, filed by Edwin & Rosanna Ramos owners.

The replat is on 0.9982 acres, on the owner’s 3.04 acre tract, Lot 4 Block D, Westmoreland Road Estates No. 2, in the City of Ovilla, in Ellis County, Texas.
