NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPLAT REQUEST

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Ovilla City Council of the City of Ovilla, Texas, on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 6:30 P.M., at the Ovilla Municipal Building, Council Chamber Room, 105 Cockrell Hill Road, Ovilla, Texas, 75154, to receive public comments for the consideration of a replat request, filed by Ronald L. DeFord, owner.

The replat is on 2.306 acres, being located at the owner’s 23.99 acre tract, Samuel Clark Survey, Abstract 214, off of Westmoreland at Hosford Lane, in the City of Ovilla, in Ellis County, Texas.
