NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code, Ideal Self Storage-Ennis, located at 2312 N Preston St, Ennis TX 75119, is having an online auction. The property is being sold to satisfy a landlord’s lien.
The sale will be held at storageauctions.com beginning Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 11 A.M.
Seller reserves the right to withdraw any property from the sale upon payment in full.
Bidding sale will end on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 11 A.M.
Units to be sold: Satija Dunlap, Megan Freeman, Temeka Smith, Rafranz Davis. Inventory: Household goods, clothing, tools, and misc. items.
