NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuant to Local Government Code 2269, Subchapter G, Ferris Independent School District is Requesting Qualifications (RFQ) from Owner’s Representative Firms with experience in design-build projects with capabilities to fulfill Local Government Code 2269,SubchapterG,help develop, review, design, oversee installation, and management of an HVAC and facility upgrade program for Ferris Independent School District (“Owner”). 

It is the intent of Ferris Independent School District to select the most qualified Owner’s Representative firm that will provide HVAC and facility upgrade services to Ferris ISD. RFQ specifications are available at Ferris located at 301 E 5thSt.; Attn: Lance Campbell.

Sealed responses shall be received no later than: April 1, 2024.
