NOTICE OF SELF STORAGE SALE

Pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code, Ideal Self Storage located at 2312 N. Preston St., Ennis, TX 75119 is having an online auction. The property is being sold to satisfy a landlord’s lien. 

The sale will be held at www.storageauctions.com  beginning  August 20, 2023 at 10 A.M.  Bidding sale will end on  August 27, 2023 at 10 A.M.  

Seller reserves the right to withdraw any property from the sale upon payment in full.
