PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for concurrent zoning of one tract of land, totaling approximately 25.0209-acres, upon annexation in accordance with Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 12.6.88) to zone the subject property to Light Industrial (I-1) District. Generally located on the southeast corner of Van Road and Mason Road. The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65022457510040000, DCAD, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-21-17.
The public hearings, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on December 9, 2021 and City Council on Thursday, January 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
