PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code and Section 25 of the Zoning Ordinance, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Article 3.04.009(8) Prohibited Signs, Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct a pole sign for a commercial business located at 905 N. Interstate Highway 45, Wilmer, Texas 75172 and being further described as Lot 10R, Block 2, Walter Thompson Addition, in the City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. (Case No. V-20-04)

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 6:45 p.m.
