PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL, City of Ferris, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas will hold a joint public hearing to consider a Minor Plat request initiated by Jessi Ochoa and Danny Ochoa to replat the North ½ of lots 5 and 6, Block 20 of W.A.’s Orr’s Addition into Lot 5R, Block 20 of the W.A. Orr’s Addition on property zoned “R-3” Single-Family Residential District for single-family uses.
The subject property is generally located at 511 Pecan St., within the City of Ferris, Ellis County, Texas (legal description: a 0.161-acre tract within the Mason Phelps Survey, Abstract No. 824, and also known as ECAD Property #163158.
The joint public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this rezoning request will be held before the Ferris Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council on Monday, April 25th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
The joint public hearing will be held in the regular meeting place, the Ferris Council Chambers, located at 215 W. Sixth Street in Ferris, Texas 75125.
All persons interested in the proposed rezoning request are invited to attend the public hearing and to provide their comments at that time.
