PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

ANNEXATION

CITY COUNCIL

City of Ferris, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 43 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas will conduct two public hearings to consider a petition for voluntary annexation of a parcel of land, generally located on the southwest corner of FM 664/Ovilla Road and Shaw Creek Boulevard.

The subject property being one (1) parcel totaling approximately 17.449-acres, being Parcel ID No. 188943, ECAD, City of Ferris, Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), Ellis County, Texas.  

The public hearings, and possible consideration/action, on this annexation request will be held before the Ferris City Council on Monday, October 17th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
