CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS

In accordance with Chapter 43.0673 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider petitions for voluntary annexation of six (6) parcels of land totaling 70.24-acres being situated in the Major W. Spencer Survey, Abstract No. 1287, City of Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas; and being all of those tracts of land described in the Special Warranty Deeds to Sunrise 60 LLC, recorded in Instrument Nos. 201900307532, 201900338824 201900343290, 2020000040629, and 2020002400316 Official Public Records, Dallas County, Texas (OPRDCT). Case No. M-21-12

The public hearing on this annexation request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
