PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ANNEXATION

CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 43.0673 & 43.106 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition for voluntary annexation of one tract of land, totaling approximately 25.0209-acres along with the adjacent roadway rights-of-way.

Generally located on the southeast corner of Van Road and Mason Road. The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65022457510040000, DCAD, City of Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. M-21-15.

The public hearing on this annexation request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
