PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

BOARD Of ADJUSTMENT

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code and Section 25 of the Zoning Ordinance, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Section 23.B.2.g of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a driveway approach of 29 feet located at 504 Richmond Drive. Due to section 3.C. the applicant is permitted to appeal the decision of staff (Case No. V-22-02)

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022 at 6:45 p.m.
