PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code and Section 25 of the Zoning Ordinance, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Article 3.04.062(2) Detached Monument Sign, Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct a monument sign for an apartment complex located at 301 Mars Road,  and being further described as all of that certain 12.862 acre tract of land situated in the H. Weatherford Survey, Abstract No. 1558, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas 75172 (Case No. V-21-01)

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, January 7, 2020 at 6:45 p.m.
