PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code and Section 25 of the Zoning Ordinance, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Section 20: Schedule of District Regulations – rear yard setback located at 332 Thorne Street,  and being further described as Lot 12, Block 4, Kissell Dale Phase 3 Addition, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas 75172 (Case No. V-21-03)

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 6:45 p.m.

Important Notice Regarding Public Participation at Public Meetings: The City will implement 6-foot social distancing for those in attendance.  The City reserves the right to take temperatures of those wanting to attend and recommend attendees wear face masks, subject to the Attorney General Order GA-034. The City reserves the right to deny public access to the meeting for the safety of its citizens, elected officials, and staff.
